Private Residence, Royal Tunbridge Wells
A timber frame constructed home, built on the foundations of a bungalow previously inhabiting the site. With rendered walls and mansard roof the house is true to the detailing of it's provenance, sitting well into the environment alongside the conservation area of Royal Tunbridge Wells.
The project was completed in September 2010
The project was entered into the 2011 Downland Prize Competition run by the RIBA.
