Completed in May 2009, the Upper Field House project involved large extension work to the front and rear of the house on both ground, first and second floors, along with complete internal re-ordering and redecoration. The work included a new ground floor sunroom, study and open plan kichen/dining/lounge, 5 first floor bedrooms with en-suite facilities and on the second floor a terrace with views across the rear garden, a new study and a new walk in wardrobe and wet room en-suite from the master bedroom. The build also included a high specification media installation with ceiling mounted speakers, data, security and control system.
